We are thrilled 🎉to share some inspiring news from our Summer LIFE Team Competition! Thanks to your generous support, young leaders across Africa are courageously advancing the mission of life.
After a season of passionate outreach, the GSS Pyakasa LIFE Team in Nigeria and the ENS LIFE Team in Burundi have emerged as the winners of our Summer LIFE Team Competition!
Thanks be to God and their hard work and dedication, hundreds of people were impacted and educated on the beauty of Life!
Here are some incredible highlights:
GSS Pyakasa LIFE Team (Nigeria)
- Saved 4 babies from abortion!
- Started 2 new LIFE Teams
- Held over 600 conversations with students about the value of life, resulting in 59% of pro-abortion students shifting their opinions to become pro-life.
ENS LIFE Team (Burundi)
- Saved 3 babies from abortion!
- Started 3 new LIFE Teams
- Hosted 7 Pro-Life Trainings, empowering students with life-affirming knowledge.
One of those precious baby saves took place in August during an ENS LIFE Team outreach.
M. Claudine, a 19-year-old, went to the hospital feeling scared and unsure how to handle her pregnancy. A nurse connected her with her sister, an ENS LIFE Team member, who shared a flyer and a YouTube video explaining how life begins and the consequences of abortion. After seeing this, Claudine found hope and courage to continue her pregnancy—choosing life for her baby.
We are so proud of the dedication, compassion, and bold leadership these young people are showing. Their work is changing hearts, saving lives, and building a culture of life across Africa.
